Leadership With Integrity
Leadership is not control. Leadership is choosing the right with enough consistency that others can see the path more clearly. At the end of Week Five, we remember that integrity became responsibility, responsibility required communication, communication led to comprehension, comprehension invited service, and service prepared us to lead.
Service With Love
Service is not about being used up or erased. Service is love in action with wisdom, boundaries, and purpose. The Savior taught through compassion, patience, work, forgiveness, correction, and love.
Comprehension Before Reaction
Five weeks in, we still slow down before we answer. Not every message is understood the first time. We focus on listening, asking better questions, repeating back what we heard, and using technology to communicate responsibly.

Stewardship means a household may protect peace, teach truth, respect agency, and repair what misunderstanding has broken.

End Of Week Five Reflection
Five weeks of Standing Tall have taught us that one principle does not replace the last one. Each principle builds the next.
Integrity helped us show up. Responsibility helped us follow through. Communication helped us clarify. Comprehension helped us understand. Service helped us act. Leadership now asks us to become a living example.
This week we practice slow listening, clear words, respectful boundaries, willing service, and the courage to lead without controlling another person's agency.

Week 1 — Integrity
Integrity means your actions match your testimony. Stand Tall through obedience, honesty, and accountability.
Week 2 — Responsibility
Responsibility teaches dependability. Showing up matters. Following through matters.

Communication is more than talking. It is listening, understanding, patience, and courage to speak truth respectfully.
Week 4 — Service
Service is leadership through action. Love is often shown through the quiet things people do for one another daily.

Awareness means learning to stop, look, and listen. Cleanliness includes our homes, our language, our minds, and our cyberspace habits.

Hospitality is making people feel welcome, seen, respected, and safe. Gratitude helps us recognize the blessings already around us.

Courage is standing Tall even during adversity. Forgiveness frees the heart from bitterness and resentment.

Happiness grows when families, classrooms, and communities learn to work together through integrity, communication, service, leadership, and love.
