Standing Tall
Through Communication

A visual-first Sacrament Program for modern minds that learn through movement, imagery, reflection, rhythm, and interaction.

Children Of The Stake Speak — And This Teacher Is Still Listening.
Week Three is about communication with courage: listening with patience, speaking with honesty, and learning how families stand tall together when words are used to build instead of break.

Week Three Of Ten

Communication is more than talking. It is listening, pausing, asking, answering, correcting, apologizing, and trying again.

This week we Stand Tall through: Communication • Courage • Patience • Truth • Respect • Family • Service • Comprehension

We are not here simply to be heard. We are here to comprehend, connect, repair, and serve.

🛡️

Communication

Standing tall by listening first and speaking with courage.

🤝

Courage

Saying what is true with respect, patience, and love.

💻

Comprehension

Learning not just what was said — but what was meant.

🏡

Repair

Building homes where mistakes can be corrected with love.

Communication With Courage

Communication is not noise. Communication is connection. It is choosing words that help truth be understood instead of used as a weapon. It is learning to listen in our homes, online, at school, at work, and in our communities.

Courage With Respect

Courage is not shouting louder. Courage is telling the truth with enough love that repair becomes possible. The Savior taught through compassion, patience, work, forgiveness, and love.

Comprehension Before Reaction

This week we slow down before we answer. Not every message is understood the first time. We focus on listening, asking better questions, repeating back what we heard, and using technology to communicate responsibly.

Repair At The Table

At W3Connect and Does This Help® we believe children can speak, students can teach, and families can learn together. Education starts at home. Communication starts at the table. Repair begins when someone is brave enough to say, “Let me try that again.”

Breathe

Quiet your mind long enough to hear your spirit.

Follow The Hour

Tap each part of the hour. A matching overlay will open so it is clear what was clicked and what is being presented.

Week Three Reflection

Communication is how families, classrooms, neighborhoods, and communities learn to comprehend one another instead of talking past one another.

Standing Tall Through Communication means remembering those who came before us and honoring their efforts through the way we live today.

This week we practice slow listening, clear words, respectful boundaries, and the courage to repair what misunderstanding has broken.

Week 10

Standing Tall Together • Happiness

Week 1 — Integrity

Integrity means your actions match your testimony. Stand Tall through obedience, honesty, and accountability.

Week 2 — Responsibility

Responsibility teaches dependability. Showing up matters. Following through matters.

Week 3 — Communication

Communication is more than talking. It is listening, understanding, patience, and courage to speak truth respectfully.

Week 4 — Service

Service is leadership through action. Love is often shown through the quiet things people do for one another daily.

Week 5 — Leadership

Leadership begins with self-worth and example. Children learn leadership by watching adults model integrity.

Week 6 — Awareness

Awareness means learning to stop, look, and listen. Cleanliness includes our homes, our language, our minds, and our cyberspace habits.

Week 7 — Accountability

Work builds confidence. Accountability builds trust. Strong communities require both.

Week 8 — Hospitality

Hospitality is making people feel welcome, seen, respected, and safe. Gratitude helps us recognize the blessings already around us.

Week 9 — Courage

Courage is standing Tall even during adversity. Forgiveness frees the heart from bitterness and resentment.

Week 10 — Standing Tall Together

Happiness grows when families, classrooms, and communities learn to work together through integrity, communication, service, and love.

Why Focus On Integrity?

Integrity creates trust. Trust builds families. Families strengthen communities. Communities influence nations. The smallest honest action can change an entire future.

Why Teach Technology Slowly?

Technology without comprehension creates dependency. Technology with comprehension creates creators, communicators, builders, and leaders.

What Can Children Watch For During Sacrament?

Watch for kindness. Watch for folded arms. Watch for music. Watch for symbols. Watch for service. Watch for moments where peace enters the room.

What Should I Take Home Today?

One better habit. One kinder word. One honest action. One moment of service. One conversation at the family table.

Choose One Word For Week Three

Carry one communication principle home and practice it daily.
